No Medical or Mental Health Services

Seek Within LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using our services, you recognize that this is alternative therapy and wellness coaching. Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional care. You agree to consult a qualified professional regarding any health-related concerns.

3. No Guarantees

You acknowledge and agree that:

Results are not guaranteed

- Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances

- Testimonials or examples are not promises of future results

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the Services lawfully and respectfully

- Follow all program guidelines and policies

- Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials

- Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results

You agree not to:

- Misuse, copy, resell, or exploit the Services or content

- Share proprietary materials without written permission

- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

- Harass, threaten, or harm others within our community

5. Intellectual Property

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (including testimonials, comments, messages, or media), you grant Seek Within LLC a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content for business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links within our Services may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence the integrity of our content or recommendations.

8. Payments & Third-Party Platforms

Payments are processed through third-party platforms including:

* Whop / SplitIt Pay

We do not store full payment card information.

Your transactions are governed by the payment provider’s terms and privacy policies.

We also use third-party platforms such as YouTube and BeeFit for content hosting.

9. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Seek Within LLC, including:

- Coaching communications

- Educational or promotional messages

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seek Within LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seek Within LLC and its members, contractors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your breach of any law or third-party rights

13. Termination

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Texas, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Texas courts.
